What are these sensations that crawl across my body?
Every time my mind expects pleasure or pain?
Mindlessly I move to cling on to what I think is good.
Avoid what I have been made to believe is not.
Neither bring satisfaction.
The Buddha called it suffering. I call it madness.
This time around I try and observe my sensations,
Until suddenly the body dissolves,
The illusion of my body is shattered.
